This 23-day journey immerses travelers in the full spectrum of Vietnam—its dynamic cities, cultural traditions, striking landscapes, and diverse local lifestyles. Guests will traverse bustling Hanoi, the terraced rice fields of Mu Cang Chai, ethnic villages nestled in Sapa’s mountains, and spiritual sanctuaries like Yen Tu and Bai Dinh. The tour features boat cruises through Halong, radiant lantern-lit streets in Hoi An, the beaches of Nha Trang, and rural life on the Mekong Delta, finally unwinding on the islands of Phu Quoc. Each destination is designed to showcase authentic experiences, natural wonders, and a deep connection to Vietnam’s rich heritage.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Hanoi arrival, Xin Chào!

Arrive in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Transfer to hotel and take an orientation walk around the neighborhood depending on arrival time. Free time to relax after the long flight.

Day 2: Hanoi Then & Now 

Start early with morning exercises at Hoan Kiem Lake followed by Pho and Egg Coffee breakfast. Explore Thanh Ha and Dong Xuan markets, Temple of Literature, and enjoy lunch at Quan An Ngon. Experience a tea meditation at Hien Minh Tea House and end the day at Hanoi Train Street.

Day 3: Hanoi – Mu Cang Chai

Drive to Nghia Lo with lunch at Muong Lo valley. Continue through Pha Din Pass, visit hill tribe hamlets, and stop at Tu Le – a photographer’s paradise. Overnight at Garrya Mu Cang Chai.

Day 4: Mu Cang Chai – Rice Terraces of La Pan Tan & Tu Le

Explore iconic rice terraces at La Pan Tan and Mam Xoi Hill. Take a light hike to Lim Thai and Lim Mong villages, meet local H’Mong communities, and enjoy a traditional White Thai lunch in a stilt house.

Day 5: Mu Cang Chai – Sapa

Drive via O Quy Ho Pass with optional visits to O Quy Ho Tea Plantation, Heaven Gate, or Dragon Glass Bridge. Arrive in Sapa for lunch, visit Sapa Market, and check in hotel.

Day 6: Sapa – Fansipan Peak

Take a cable car to Fansipan, the “Roof of Indochina.” Return for lunch, then visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages to learn about local H’Mong and Dzay traditions before relaxing at the hotel.

Day 7: Sapa – Hanoi

Visit Ma Tra and Ta Phin villages of the Red Dzao people, then continue to Lao Cai for Den Mau Temple and the Vietnam–China border gate. Return to Hanoi by late afternoon.

 

Day 8: Hanoi – Ninh Binh Day Trip

Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest Buddhist temple in Vietnam, and enjoy lunch before exploring Trang An by sampan boat through limestone mountains and serene rivers. Return to Hanoi in the evening.

Day 9: Hanoi – Yen Tu Legacy

Transfer to Yen Tu Mountain and check in at Yen Tu Legacy. Visit the sacred Buddhist site by cable car, once the spiritual capital of the Tran dynasty. Afternoon free at leisure.

Day 10: Yen Tu – Ha Long Bay

Drive to Ha Long and visit a pearl farm before boarding La Regina Cruise in Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy activities such as kayaking and a cooking class, with overnight onboard.

Day 11: Ha Long Bay – Hue (Flight)

Begin the day with Tai Chi at sunrise, brunch on board, and disembark before transferring to Hanoi Airport for a flight to Hue. Transfer to hotel on arrival.

Day 12: Historic Hue & Pha Tam Giang Sunset

Cycle through local villages, enjoy salt coffee, and visit the Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba Market. Lunch in a royal garden house, followed by Tu Hieu Pagoda and a boat trip on Tam Giang Lagoon to watch sunset before seafood dinner.

Day 13: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An

Drive via Lap An Lagoon and Hai Van Tunnel, visit Nam O Fish Sauce Village, and enjoy lunch in Da Nang before continuing to Hoi An.

Day 14: Hoi An Ancient Town & Cam Thanh Village

Stroll through the UNESCO Old Town, visit Fukien Assembly Hall, Japanese Covered Bridge, and enjoy coffee at Faifo Rooftop. After lunch, explore Cam Thanh nipa palm forest by basket boat. Evening Hoi An Memories Show.

Day 15: Hoi An – Da Nang – Nha Trang (Flight)

Morning visit to An Farm for organic tea meditation and herbal experience. Continue to Da Nang’s Han Market before an afternoon flight to Nha Trang. Transfer to hotel.

Day 16: Nha Trang Free Day

Relax and enjoy the beach or resort facilities at leisure.

Day 17: Nha Trang Free Day

Second day at leisure in Nha Trang.

Day 18: Nha Trang – Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh Long (Flight)

Fly to Ho Chi Minh City, then transfer to Vinh Long. Check in at your commodation and relax.

Day 19: Mekong Delta Local Life

Cycle around Co Chien River, take a boat trip, and visit Sa Dec for Hu Tieu lunch, flower village, and Huynh Thuy Le Ancient House. Overnight at Mango Trail Farmstay.

Day 20: Dong Thap – Ho Chi Minh City – Phu Quoc (Flight)

Morning free before transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport for flight to Phu Quoc. Transfer to hotel on arrival.

Day 21: Phu Quoc Islands Tour

Boat trip to Mong Tay and May Rut Islands for swimming and relaxation. Continue to Hon Thom and take the world’s longest sea-crossing cable car. Lunch included.

Day 22: Phu Quoc – Ho Chi Minh City – Farewell Dinner

Fly back to Ho Chi Minh City, explore the vibrant metropolis, and enjoy a farewell dinner cruise on Saigon River.

Day 23: Ho Chi Minh Departure – Hen Gap Lai

Free time until transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure flight. End of services.
